Second round of sign-ups

Since few people told me to open sign ups again, here is it. Sign ups will close on 13th June, early morning.
Hope many teams will sign up.

However, there's a little rule: Team can play once it is confirmed. Also once confirmed, team has to use for roster changes specified section.
