Instagib added. Choose your weapon!

Instagib has been added with its basic, default instagib weapon. In our case, it's ruger with goddamn high damage. If you want your weapon to be added, post here your config. But remember, instagib weapon needs to meet criteria of instagib weapon. We just want balanceness betwen each weapon. For example:

Low damage, couples of bullets (or fast reload), fast fire rate, shorter range weapon OR High damage, one (or few) bullets, slow fire rate, longer range weapon.

(this is only just example, doesn't mean that your mod has to be like that)
